Roll-Off Rental
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in Lubbock, TX
Five sizes, flat-rate pricing and a straight answer on the phone. Same-day and next-day delivery, next-day swaps, and a service radius running from Shallowater and Idalou out to Levelland, Brownfield and Post.
A roll-off is the open-top steel container that arrives on a truck, gets set where you want it, and leaves when you are finished. That is the whole product. What varies is the size, how long it sits, what you are allowed to put in it, and whether the company answers the phone when you need a swap. Paul Kaiser started this yard in 2015, and it runs on flat-rate pricing and a straight answer about what will actually fit in the box.
We stock all five sizes — 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard — because sizing wrong in either direction costs somebody money. Dense material like concrete, brick, caliche spoil and tile hits legal weight long before it fills a large container, and light bulky material like insulation, cardboard and furniture will fill the largest box we own and still weigh almost nothing. The size comparison page lays the dimensions out side by side so you can picture it on your drive.
Every rental covers delivery, pickup, disposal and protection boards under the rails, with the rental period and the weight allowance spelled out before you book rather than after the load is weighed. We run same-day when the route allows and next-day as standard, with next-day swaps on jobsites. Look at the service area page for the towns we cover out from the yard south of Lubbock, and call if yours is not on it.
What A Roll-Off Gets Used For Around Lubbock
Home And Garage Cleanouts
Slab-on-grade houses store it all in the garage, the attic and a shed. One container over a weekend clears what six trips to a transfer station would never have finished.
Remodels And Room Gut-Outs
Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and drywall. Mixed weight and bulk, which is where a mid-size container earns its keep against a bigger box you cannot safely fill to the rails.
Roof Tear-Offs
Shingle is dense, so tear-offs go in smaller containers than people expect. Squares and layers decide the size, and hail season keeps this work steady from March through June.
New Construction And Jobsites
Builders on the south and west edge run phased containers with next-day swaps, keeping the pad clear through framing, rough-in, drywall and finish without stacking debris.
Storm And Hail Cleanup
Fence panels, roofing, outbuildings, awnings and downed limbs after a cell moves through. The volume arrives all at once and the whole street needs a container the same week.
Concrete, Brick And Caliche
Dense loads go in a dedicated small container with a lower fill line. Mixing rubble into a general box is the fastest route to a load that cannot legally leave your property.
Rental Turnover And Estate Clearing
Property managers around campus and families clearing a long-held house. Both run to a hard deadline, so the container gets set early and pulled on the day it is promised.
Farm, Shop And Outbuilding Cleanups
Out in the county the work is equipment sheds, shop scrap, old fencing and ag buildings. Metal is worth separating for scrap value before the remainder goes in the container.
Which Size, And What Is Included
Start with the material rather than the room count. A 10 yard is the heavy-debris box — concrete, brick, tile, caliche — and it is the one that fits a tight drive without swallowing it. The 15 yard is our most common residential set and the usual single-layer roof tear-off. A 20 yard covers a full remodel or a large garage and shed clearout in one go. The 30 and 40 yard boxes are for bulky, light material on jobsites and commercial strip-outs. Every rental includes delivery, pickup, disposal up to the stated weight allowance, protection boards and the rental period agreed at booking. Describe the job on the phone and we will pick the size with you.

The yard sits south of the Loop out toward Woodrow, which puts most of Lubbock inside a short run and keeps the surrounding towns realistic on the same route. We deliver across Lubbock and Lubbock County and out to Wolfforth, Shallowater, Slaton, Idalou, Levelland, Brownfield and Post. Same-day happens when the route and the container allow it; next-day is the standard and it is what we will quote you honestly. Jobsite swaps go next day when they are called in before the cut-off. When you ring, tell us the surface, the overhead clearance, the approach and roughly what is going in the box — a truck needs about sixty feet of straight clearance and twenty-three feet of height to set and lift. See the service areas and same-day details.

Roll-Off Dumpster Rental FAQs
How long do I get to keep the dumpster?
The standard rental period is agreed when you book, and for most residential jobs a few days of hard loading is plenty. If a project runs long, call before the end date and we will extend it rather than surprise you afterwards. If you finish early, call and we will pull it early. An empty container sitting in a driveway helps nobody, and on a windy week it is one more thing you have to keep covered.
What is included in the price?
Delivery, pickup, disposal up to the agreed weight allowance, protection boards under the rails and the rental period we set at booking. We quote flat rate, which means the number you hear on the phone is the number, provided the load stays within the allowance and holds no prohibited material. Overweight loads and banned items are the two things that change a bill, so describe the job accurately when you call us.
Do you deliver outside Lubbock?
Yes. From the yard south of the Loop we run Lubbock and Lubbock County routinely and reach Wolfforth, Shallowater, Slaton, Idalou, Levelland, Brownfield and Post without any trouble. Further out we will still talk to you, it simply needs more notice so it lands on a route instead of becoming a special trip. Check the service area page and ring us if your town is not listed.
What cannot go in a roll-off?
Liquids, paint, solvents, fuel, oil, batteries, tires, propane cylinders, refrigerant-bearing appliances, medical waste and anything containing asbestos. Household chemicals belong at the City of Lubbock citizens collection station or a county household hazardous waste event. Everything else is straightforward. Our what goes in the container guide has the full list, and TCEQ rules do get updated.
Will the container damage my driveway?
Protection boards go under the rails on every set and we photograph the surface first. Concrete over caliche handles a loaded container fine. A drive that is already cracked will not improve under one, and a caliche drive after a wet week can rut badly. We will tell you straight when the flat ground beside the drive is the better call. Read the driveway protection guide before delivery day.
